Hi, I’m Jonathan, founder of Definition Fitness.

After 25 years in the corporate world, I realised it was time for a change. Spending every day behind a laptop had taken its toll, and I knew I needed to prioritise my health and wellbeing. I wanted to move more, get stronger, eat better, and feel healthier — both physically and mentally.

That realisation led me to take a leap and follow my passion for fitness. It was a big change, but also one of the most rewarding choices I’ve ever made.

Now, as a fully qualified and insured Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, my goal is to help others take control of their own health and fitness — whatever that journey looks like.
